Greenwood Diagnostic Laboratories include four sections that provide a full range of genetic testing. Collectively, the Biochemical, Cytogenetics, and Molecular sections offer over 300 tests that are searchable using the test finder, making it easy to find the information you need including turnaround time, cost, and test method.

Lab requisition forms can be downloaded directly from the our website to simplify the test ordering process. Choose the requisition form specific to the type of testing you need. Lab requisitions must accompany all samples, and they should be completed by the referring physician or other healthcare provider.
