Honor Your Caregiver

Patients and their families have an opportunity to honor those who compassionately cared for them. Any GGC team member – a geneticist or genetic counselor, a lab technologist or a receptionist – anyone who made a difference in your care can be recognized with a gift in their honor.

How it works:

• Complete the form below to make your secure online gift or download and mail the printable form.
• Upon receipt of your gift, we will send a card of appreciation to the healthcare professional(s) you have recognized. The amount of the gift is not disclosed and you may remain anonymous if you choose.
• The names of the caregivers will also be listed online in our Caregiver Honor Roll.
• Your caregiver(s) will be recognized with an “I’m Honored!” lapel pin that they can proudly wear.

Your generosity allows the GGC to maintain state-of-the-art equipment as well as providing direct patient support and genetic services to those in need.
