GGC Foundation Welcomes New Board Members 

Greenwood, SC (January 21, 2026) – The Greenwood Genetic Center (GGC) Foundation announces the appointment of two new members, Erica Ferry and Kevin Kandalaft, to its Board of Trustees. 

Erica Ferry webGGC Foundation trustees serve as mission ambassadors by cultivating, securing, and stewarding philanthropic funds that advance the Center’s mission for the benefit of the patients and families served by GGC. They also manage all fiduciary responsibilities of the Foundation. 

Erica Ferry of Greenwood, SC, is the president and CEO of Erica Ferry & Associates LLC and a former senior leader at global pharmaceutical companies. Erica offers extensive experience in social impact strategy, stakeholder relations, and nonprofit governance that will strengthen the Foundation’s mission. 

Kevin Kandalaft ()Kevin Kandalaft of Chapin, SC is a retired UnitedHealthcare executive and former CEO of Community & State plans in California and New Mexico. With more than 25 years of healthcare leadership and executive experience, Kevin offers invaluable insight into healthcare operations, community engagement, and serving underserved populations.
