Mabry’s first infantile spasm at eight months came out of nowhere and was frightening. Her parents weren’t sure what was happening, but their neurologist suggested a referral to the Greenwood Genetic Center where they were seen immediately and genetic testing was initiated. After ruling out several genetic diagnoses, Mabry became a candidate for a surgery to remove a malformed area of her brain to stop these spasms. This very determined little girl is working hard and is making remarkable progress!

“No stone has been left unturned. We have been really impressed with the care we’ve received at the Greenwood Genetic Center.” – Jillian, Mabry’s mom
