How do I send a sample for testing?

For specimen collection and special shipping requirements, please refer to the individual test information. Contact the laboratory at 1-800-473-9411 during regular business hours with any questions.

Specimens should be shipped by overnight delivery to:

Saturday Deliveries: We are available to accept specimens on Saturdays between 10am and 2pm. FEDEX is our preferred carrier. Clearly mark the package For Saturday Delivery. Please contact the laboratory prior to shipping with the tracking number, so we will be expecting the specimen.
